It's food fest weekend and we're kicking it off in style and spirit(s)! We'll be joined by a super special guest bartender to mix up some cocktails paired with thoughtful delicious bites of food. Each cocktail will feature Vermont spirits and be paired with food flavors designed to enhance your experience and induce a whole lot of delicious fun. We will have a cocktail demonstration and appearances from Vermont spirits producers so this is a chance to both dig in and dive in.
This is an informal, movable evening designed to encourage fun, mingling, mirth + merriment. JOIN US! And bring a friend! After all, it's no fun drinking alone!

Our very own Vince Razionale from Grafton Village Cheese Company will present the science of cheese making to guests before transitioning into a pairing with beer.
14th Star Brewery will be pairing their brews with Grafton Cheese during this time and guests have the opportunity to stop by and check it out as it is the closing event of the Festival!
